to receive my order?
- All of our products are custom made to order and delivery times can vary depending on the product and the time of year. Current delivery times for each product are always listed and updated on their respected web pages

- Are any of your products available in a maintenance free material?
- All of our products are only available in wood.

- What is your return policy?
- All of our Gable Trim, Spindle Rails, and Corbels are custom for you and unfortunatly are not returnable. All of our Corner Brackets and Plant Hangers are a stock item and can be returned, less a 15% re stocking charge and any additional charges billed to us. So remember... Measure twice, order once.
The shipping costs are not refundable.

- What if my order arrives damaged?
- We take great care in packaging our products to reduce the chance of damage during shipment. In the event that an item arrives damaged, you must contact us or the shipping company within 48 hours. You can reach us toll-free at: 1-800-465-7598.
Please keep all packing materials as they may be required for us to file an insurance claim. We may request that you ship the damaged item back to us at our expense. All refunds will be credited upon receipt of damaged merchandise ( if required ), or inspection by carrier. Items not requiring return or inspection will be credited or replaced upon notification of damage.
