It all comes down to the finish. Like all fine custom wood furniture, we use the highest quality lacquer finishes available on the market today. But before a coat of primer or stain can be applied, we spend days sanding and prepping our shutters. A smooth and consistent surface is a must to achieve the high end look and feel for any fine woodworking. The finish is sprayed on in multiple layers and hand sanding smooth between each coat. Not only does the finish look and feel great but once dried and cured it is a very hard durable surface that is extremely easy to clean. Light dusting is usually all that is required to keep the surface clean, but will stand up to most household cleaners. Custom colours are never a problem, we can computer match our paint system to virtually any shade of colour in the rainbow or cross reference it to all the major paint manufactures colour selections.
